Dhimant hit a home run on this one on the very first attempt. I layed out the plans for a web template, gave Dhimant a hand drawn picture with some verbal description and Dhimant created a good template on the very first try and without the need for revisions. His responses through e-mail were also very prompt. His designers also seems to have excellent technical skills but perhaps lacking a little bit in creativity.
