How many revisions may I request on projects?
A.
You are allowed as many revisions as needed until you are 100% satisfied with your product. We put in 110% effort to make you 100% satisfied!

What are the payment terms?

To start working on your project we will need an initial payment of $49. After the concept is approved we will need 50% of the total project cost. Once the project is completed and you are 100% satisfied you will pay the remaining 50%

What are my payment options?

What is the average turn around time for projects?

Our turn around times are very fast compared to the industry standard. We have dedicated teams of professionals working within their expertise so they are not bogged down. We can meet any deadline you specify.

What programs do you create the art in?

For graphic design we us Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

What file formats will my final files be in?
A.
Final files for graphic design will be provided to you in Adobe Illustrator, High Resolution PDF, Ready for print JPG or Gif images. If there are specifics that you need we will accommodate you.
Q.
If the files are to large to email, how will I get my final product?
A.
We have several solutions for this problem. We typically upload large finished files to an FTP website so that you can easily retrieve them. Also we can use a web sending service if you prefer. Both options are very safe.
